Oxford Homestay can offer a range of services to assist you with planning your visit. We have developed a strong and close working relationship with our host families and we have a wide network of partners that also work with us. For example you may want to include an English language course with your visit or you may want us to help you organize a special interest activity such as horse riding or sightseeing. We have over 15 years of experience providing all types of packages to our groups and independent travellers, please get in contact with your specific request and we will do all we can to help.

Group Bookings
With over 400 host families registered with us we can provide accommodation for small groups as well as larger groups. We can also accommodate short stay and long stay bookings. Some groups require a short stay if they are planning a tour of various cities whilst others may require a longer stay if they are concentrating their visit in the Oxford and surrounding areas or also taking a language course locally. If you decide to bring your own coach and require your group to be located in one suburb, we can also arrange this to make life easier with daily pick ups and drop offs. Independent Traveller
Many of our independent travellers come to Oxford for business, study or leisure. Choosing host family accommodation can make the stay more interesting and enjoyable, especially for overseas visitors, who have the opportunity to practice their English and make friends with local people. It can also be a more affordable option to a hotel or guest house.
Junior Traveller
We have a selection of our hosts who are ideally suited to hosting junior students and we ensure they have the necessary checks in line with the British Council standards. All hosts are personally visited and sign up to a code of practice and fully understand the rules around safeguarding. We take this very seriously and understand the trust being placed in us to provide the best service for our younger visitors.
Students at boarding school in the UK
We can also arrange host family accommodation for students who are at boarding school in the UK and that need somewhere to stay for the EXEAT breaks, we can organize short stays over the weekends and for the one/two week half terms and holiday periods over Christmas and Easter.

• GCSE and A level courses – we have a network of colleges we work with and can help you find the most suitable programme for your needs. Both short intensive revision and course programmes for the academic year.
• Airport transfers – for groups or individuals.
• Tour guide services – for groups or individuals.
